What you'd actually do

  1. Take responsibility for regional results in safety, reliability/uptime, cost, and people outcomes, ensuring consistent application of maintenance standards across sites.
  2. Lead implementation throughout the region, guaranteeing completion of network priorities and ongoing outcomes.
  3. Establish and run a strong regional operating cadence to review important metrics, remove barriers, and accelerate best-practice adoption across sites.
  4. Lead through Maintenance Managers and site leadership: mentor, develop, and hold leaders accountable to expectations, standard work, and outcomes.
  5. Build bench strength: talent reviews, succession planning, promotion readiness, and targeted development plans for site leaders.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, facilities, or industrial operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead leaders (manager-of-managers), build talent pipelines, and drive accountability
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong working knowledge of MHE/automation, conveyance/sortation systems, and reliability practices
  • Strong working knowledge of base building systems and facility asset fundamentals
  • Financial competence: operating cost management, basic CAPEX/OPEX understanding, and performance tradeoffs
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region (anticipated 30–50%)
