This role is for a Regional Lead in Reseller Operations at Apple, focusing on leading a team, managing partner engagement, driving operational excellence, and collaborating cross-functionally to support sales goals and product fulfillment in diverse markets. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team to adapt to Apple’s evolving business needs. Continuously champion improvements in processes, tools, and systems.
  2. Take a customer-focused approach to understand diverse regional markets. Actively listen, learn, and translate data and insights into actionable strategies that support our channel partners’ growth.
  3. Work closely with Sales and Sales Finance to align strategies for specific partners and countries. Share clear analytics to guide focus areas and joint action plans.
  4. Drive a management system that ensures continuous improvement in service levels, demand planning, inventory assortment, and the digital customer experience.
  5. Actively participate in NPI planning to ensure smooth, timely product transitions and collaborate across teams to reduce time-to-market.
