  3. Shape the AM Playbook: Partner with leadership to design and scale best-in-class account management practices for the SMB Mid segment, focusing on efficiency and consistency.
  4. Activate Commercial Levers: Unlock growth through strategic use of Uber One, partnerships, and pilots, translating experimentation into scalable impact.
  5. Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Marketing and Ops to enhance partner visibility, optimize funnel performance, and deliver aligned commercial outcomes.
