This role supports site services and technical logistics operations for data centers, overseeing third-party providers, standardizing processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and optimizing logistics workflows. It requires experience in logistics, supply chain, SOX compliance, and integrating AI tools for operational efficiency. The role also emphasizes ongoing AI skill development and adherence to ethical AI practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Possess technical and operational logistics knowledge with understanding of the life cycle of data center logistics or supply chain operations and execution, as well as related tools and systems
  2. Ability to holistically assess a complex set of internal IBS systems and tools
  3. Ability to utilize data analytics to drive improvements and monitor success across the region
  4. Ability to integrate cross-functional team tools and contribute to a holistic roadmap
  5. Articulate and lead technical discussions across the region and be a subject matter expert with strategic influence and implications

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business management and/or any other business-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience handling project management responsibilities (prioritization, planning, scheduling, status reporting)
  • Experience with Oracle/ERP systems, MS Office suite, WMS, TMS, and supply chain tools
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Experience in SOX compliance
  • Experience in identifying process gaps and engineering scalable processes for distribution across regional data center operations
  • Strong communication and relationship skills, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, interpersonal skills
