What you'd actually do

  1. Establish a direct interface with Ford Regional/Lincoln Market Area counterparts to help deliver all aspects of the Ford+ Plan
  2. Effectively manage BDMs to deliver on Regional objectives and provide individual career development
  3. Deliver consulting value to dealers to improve dealer performance
  4. Deliver and execute sales plan to achieve budgeted metrics
  5. Support BDMs with identification, acquisition, and retention of profitable growth opportunities

Skills

Required

  • Strong background in Sales Operations with a solid understanding of dealership operations and dealer credit risk management
  • Retail, lease, wholesale, commercial and dealer loan product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – oral and written
  • Strong leadership skills; self-starter; results driven; able to multi-task
  • Strong team player
  • Effective project management, time management and follow-up skills required
  • Strong analytical, sales and negotiating skills
  • Demonstrated Ford OS Behaviors and proven success in building relationships
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and be comfortable having difficult conversations
