Job Description:

The Ford Credit Regional Manager leverages strong business acumen, leadership, and relationship-building skills to deliver on the Ford+ Plan in a dynamic and robust market. Regional Managers collaborate effectively across skill teams to deliver on Regional objectives, execute on strategic priorities, drive consulting value for dealers, foster a Culture of Belonging, and support employee development.

The selected candidate will be required to live in or within proximity to the Los Angeles Regional Office. The position features frequent in-market and occasional overnight travel, and includes a company Sales Vehicle. A relocation package is approved for the qualified candidate.

You Will...

  • Establish a direct interface with Ford Regional/Lincoln Market Area counterparts to help deliver all aspects of the Ford+ Plan
  • Effectively manage BDMs to deliver on Regional objectives and provide individual career development
  • Deliver consulting value to dealers to improve dealer performance
  • Deliver and execute sales plan to achieve budgeted metrics
  • Support BDMs with identification, acquisition, and retention of profitable growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with BDMs to create and implement dealer specific action plans around FordPro FinSimple strategies at non-CVC dealerships. Lead interfaces with FordPro FinSimple counterparts to ensure enterprise alignment
  • Engage with the Ford and Lincoln teams regarding market activities, franchise/brand changes, and C&I efforts
  • Support Ford's plan to have largest Minority Dealer penetration for OEMs. Actively consult with Minority Dealers to strengthen relationships to improve Minority Dealer Performance
  • Support strategic initiatives related to the sales process and participate as required to help drive process improvements and efficiency
  • Demonstrate corporate citizenship by participating in community events
  • Personally champion and actively cultivate a culture of belonging through DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) engagement and regularly take actions which support, respect and value others
  • Drive employee development, encourage internal mobility, and support mental wellbeing leading to enhanced employee satisfaction

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $141,700-$268,300.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
