Netflix is seeking a Regional Manager for Tudum.com in Mexico to shape and deliver the local vision for the fandom hub. This role focuses on coordinating and executing content across titles, campaigns, and initiatives, balancing tactical excellence with creative thinking to ensure localized content connects with members and fans. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end content workflows, coordinating translation and localization, maintaining editorial calendars, collaborating with creative teams, using data to inform content strategies, and partnering with marketing and publicity teams. Qualifications include 5-8 years of experience in branded content, editorial, or creative marketing, experience managing localization projects, strong organizational skills, hands-on content production experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the end-to-end workflow for local content, from planning to publication.
  2. Coordinate and prioritize translation, localization, and original content of editorial and creative content to ensure cultural nuance, relevancy and brand alignment.
  3. Split and manage workloads across single-title, multi-title or slates in collaboration with the Senior Manager.
  4. Maintain editorial calendars, timelines, and delivery pipelines across internal and external partners.
  5. Collaborate with editors, writers, designers, video producers and agencies to develop and adapt storytelling for local audiences.

Skills

Required

  • Experience managing localization, translation, or transcreation projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; adept at juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience photo and video curation, writing, editing, and producing digital content in a CMS environment.
  • Multidisciplinary creative sensibility — comfortable working across text, image, and video formats.
  • Deep understanding of audience behavior and pop-culture trends.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.

  • Experience in branded content, editorial, publishing, or creative marketing — ideally within entertainment, culture, or fandom-driven environments.
