This role is for a Regional Marketing Manager responsible for driving integrated marketing programs in the Americas East and Canada regions. The role focuses on pipeline generation, acceleration, and customer expansion through field marketing, ABM, and regional campaigns. It requires partnering with Sales, managing events, building ABM strategies, and leveraging AI and automation for campaign optimization. The role also involves budget management and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with regional Sales leaders to define marketing priorities, target accounts, and programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  2. Drive regional events strategy and lead end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person programs, including logistics, vendors, and attendee experience.
  3. Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure strong lead follow-up, conversion, and pipeline progression.
  4. Build and execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts, aligned with global campaigns, and tailored to regional needs.
  5. Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in field/regional marketing, demand generation, or related role
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis
  • Proven experience driving pipeline through integrated marketing programs
  • Strong collaboration with Sales teams and understanding of pipeline mechanics
  • Experience with both hosted and third-party events
  • Experience with Salesforce (reporting, campaign tracking) and marketing tools (e.g., SplashThat, Zuddl, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel (~40%)
