Regional Operations Manager, Driver Lifecycle

This role focuses on developing and leading the strategy for driver acquisition, onboarding, and resurrection across EMEA for Uber. What you'd actually do

  1. Architect Driver Lifecycle & Growth Strategy: Lead the acquisition, onboarding, and resurrection strategy for drivers across the EMEA region. In this role, you will go deep into driver lifecycle metrics (top of funnel, in-funnel, resurrection), to identify friction points, unlock incremental growth, and to design scalable processes for markets in the region
  2. Strategic Investment: Own the driver lifecycle investment framework. You’ll identify efficiencies in acquisition costs and incrementality optimisation across spend levers.
  3. Bridge Product & Ops: Act as the connective tissue between global Product teams and local Operations. You’ll influence the product roadmap based on regional needs and lead the rollout of new features.
  4. Scale Best Practices: Transition ambiguous market challenges into structured, scalable SOPs that can be deployed across EMEA markets.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in technology/consulting/or other fast-paced operational environments
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience dealing with complex data sets using Gsheet, Excel, SQL
  • Project management skills
