This role focuses on supply chain planning and automation projects within Johnson & Johnson's Surgery division in APAC. The specialist will use digital tools like Python, Power BI, and KNIME, and leverage AI-assisted productivity tools. Responsibilities include managing data, ETL operations, ensuring system hygiene, and driving planning system adoption, with a focus on performance metrics like forecast accuracy and customer service. Experience with advanced supply chain planning tools and data analytics is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and execute of projects and processes aligned with the Surgery Supply Chain strategy using digital tools.
  2. Able to independently drive digital initiatives for Surgery Supply Chain and automation projects leveraging tools like Python, Power BI, KNIME and other AI assisted productivity tools like Copilot.
  3. Should demonstrate proficiency/expertise in using Advance Supply chain planning tools like APO DP, OMP.
  4. Should be able to maintain system hygiene, set up master’s data, conduct DQT for accurate and reliable system output. Drive planning system adoption.
  5. Should have working knowledge to Data lakes and Data warehouses. Be able to set up ETL operations for planning reports and data governance. Ability to manage and interpret large datasets and translate into business insights. Also have knowledge system interfaces or multi system data flows.
