Regional Sales Director

Salesforce is seeking a Regional Sales Director in India to manage and develop a team of Account Executives, drive client engagement, and report on sales activity and forecasts. The role involves coaching, recruiting, hiring, and training sales team members, and working cross-functionally to achieve growth targets within the Service Cloud and Slack domains.

What you'd actually do

  1. managing and developing a team of Account Executives
  2. participate and lead client & prospect meetings
  3. work cross-functionally with internal partners and corporate resources as required
  4. ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on the sales process
  5. report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
