  5. Actively participate in strategic deals - help shape account strategy, pilots, and closing plans

Skills

Required

  • 8-10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • 5-7+ years in frontline sales leadership
  • Proven track record of leading teams that consistently exceed targets
  • Experience selling complex, technical solutions (AI/ML, data infrastructure, or technical services)
  • Strong ability to coach reps on multi-threaded, consultative sales motions
  • Comfortable engaging directly with technical buyers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience operating in competitive, fast-evolving markets
  • Highly structured operator with strong forecasting and inspection rigor
  • High ownership, high standards, low ego
