Regional Sales Director, Falcon Cloud Security (remote, Eastern Region)

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Director for their Falcon Cloud Security product. The role involves leading a sales team, developing territories, forecasting, and closing new business opportunities in cloud security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build executive relationships.

What you'd actually do

  1. Sales and management experience leading a team of senior sales people
  2. Day to day personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and short term, mid-term, long-term opportunity management.
  3. Identify, develop and execute account strategy to close new Cloud Security business opportunities and expanding revenue with customers across the assigned region; independently and cooperatively.
  4. Scope, negotiate and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  5. Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.

  • 10+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cyber security software and/or infrastructure products

  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
  • Successful experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Ability to build executive relationships
  • Ability to articulate CrowdStrike’s product and business strategies
  • Ability to create demand that makes deals happen
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Ability to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill levels.
