Verkada is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the UK to lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives, driving them to meet and exceed sales revenue goals for their AI-powered physical security platform. The role involves hiring, coaching, managing sales activities, forecasting, and closing complex transactions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the team of Enterprise Account Executives in achieving individual and team quota
  2. Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and mentoring new reps
  3. Conduct weekly forecast meetings
  4. You will be reporting on sales activity and forecast to the VP of EMEA
  5. Consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team, and tracking the results
