What you'd actually do

  1. Implementing strategic sales initiatives and sales enablement programs within the regional sales organization
  2. Facilitating skills and process training and providing ongoing coaching for: sales tools productivity, Sales Play execution, Opportunity Management, MEDDICC, Account Planning, Sales Skills, and other strategic sales processes
  3. Providing a 'closed loop' communication mechanism with front line managers, sellers, and the HQ-based enablement and sales tools teams
  4. Driving ongoing sales productivity and skills improvement programs
  5. Analyzing sales performance data to determine areas for improvement

  • Experience with the MEDDICC qualification framework is a plus
  • Experience analyzing and gaining insights from sales activity and performance metrics
  • Experience in conducting/facilitating opportunity coaching and account reviews
  • Experience developing training programs for sales audiences for both online and in-person delivery
  • Demonstration of training facilitation capabilities for global sales teams
  • Demonstrated experience driving projects to completion on time and budget
  • High level of proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and in data manipulation, analysis and presentation
