Regional Sales Head (south India and Sri Lanka)

This role is for a Regional Sales Head responsible for new business and revenue generation in South India and Sri Lanka. The position involves managing account management teams, developing sales strategies, building customer and partner relationships, and mentoring sales teams to achieve sales quotas and market growth. While understanding of AI/API solutions is preferable, the core function is sales leadership and revenue generation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Directs the activities of the account management functional area. Leads account management team(s) and solves business challenges of the customers using all the resources and teams available within F5 and its business partners.
  2. Will bring in growth mind set and ready to fight from the trenches, while leading the team, to execute on the strategies while leveraging various tactics for immediate success.
  3. Effectively cascades functional strategy and contributes to the development of organizational policies. Use methodologies like MEDDPICC for reviewing opportunities and territories and guide the team on opportunity and territory management.
  4. Connections in the industry with customer executives and partners and will communicate F5's vision and USPs in large forums as well as over one-one executive meetings.
  5. Will work on long, medium and short-term strategies and tactics to ensure above market growth, increase in market share, retention of logos and a high CSAT score.
