  2. Execute the action plan with strong strategic alignment to Franchise and Business Unit objectives.
  3. Reaches Commercial Excellence and Operational KPIs and targets
  4. Directly manages Area KOLS and Stakeholders, strengthening clinical and commercial relationships.
  5. Lead and manage a team of direct employees, trade agents, and distributors.

What the JD emphasized
