  1. Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Product Specialists, Clinical Specialists, and a Clinical Team Leader, while driving regional sales strategy execution aligned to national objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving growth through opportunity identification, increased usage, and enhanced product visibility.
  3. Coordinate and lead weekly team huddles to review initiatives, customer feedback, and year‑to‑date sales performance, fostering engagement through open communication, recognition, and team‑led initiatives.
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of agreed business plans.
