What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Specialists and Clinical Specialists.
  2. Develop and communicate vision and direction for account development to direct reports and marketing teams
  3. Prepare account-based business plans that drive action and outcomes
  4. Work in partnership with regional sales teams, other RSMs, and marketing to maximize benefits for the company
  5. Manage sales performance against forecasts and profitability targets

  • Proven track record in sales management within the medical device or related industry
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
