Regional Sales Manager for Capital Spine, Orthopedics at Johnson & Johnson (DePuy Synthes). What you'd actually do

  1. The ability to demonstrate product and procedural knowledge; clinical and procedure excellence, product expertise and new product introduction experience.
  2. Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse group of individuals within their region, ensuring that all territories are filled with the most qualified sales professionals.
  3. Provide ongoing performance management, mentorship, and career development of sales team. Drive business results by working closely with Consultants to set and achieve territory objectives, while driving patient care and customer satisfaction.
  4. Assume a lead role in the territory in acquisition of new accounts and surgeon relationships while assisting consultants in penetrating existing accounts with new technologies
  5. Possess and demonstrate an understanding of the changing market dynamics in healthcare, industry trends, customer segmentation, customer data knowledge and buying process.

Skills

Required

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in an applicable field such as Business, Marketing, Finance
  • At least 8 years of relevant business and/or leadership experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience, coaching, or mentoring others
  • Proven track record
