What you'd actually do

  1. Lead from the front while fostering a culture of collaboration, communication, and communication
  2. Operate at the lowest level of detail to hold your team accountable to the goals and quotas
  3. Establish best practices and develop new sales plans, strategies, and programs to help increase team performance
  4. Work closely with XFN stakeholders to help accelerate selection in important markets (such as the Northeast)
  5. Grow your team by recruiting, training, and developing your direct reports to be high-performers

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • 2+ years of direct field sales experience generating net new business
  • Proven successful experience managing high-performing teams
  • Record of success driving teams to exceed goals against quota
  • Proficiency in navigating sales tools quickly (Salesforce, Google Apps, Outreach)

Nice to have

  • Ability to travel in market (Northeast region) with your team - at least 2x weekly
