Regional Sales Manager for an enterprise AI telemetry infrastructure company. Focuses on bridging the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality for IT and Security teams, managing the sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, and articulating the company's value proposition.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
  2. Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
  3. Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
  4. Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO
  5. Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s)
  • Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization <1000 employees or has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills throughout their career
  • A proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and demonstrated ability to run a complex sales process
  • Experience selling through a channel led motion
  • Able to create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions
  • Background using MEDDIC
  • Experience of working with clients in Austria and Switzerland
