Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise (new Accounts)

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Enterprise New Accounts in India. This role involves selling enterprise security software solutions, driving new customer revenue through flexible licensing models, and developing post-close relationships. The manager will prospect, qualify, close deals, develop business plans, coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and adoption, document activities in CRM, and provide accurate forecasts. The role requires expert-level sales experience, deep industry knowledge, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a consultative approach. The company emphasizes its AI-native platform for cybersecurity.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prospects, identifies, qualifies, and closes new customer revenue within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers, typically using flexible and scalable licensing models (e.g. Falcon Flex).
  2. Develops and executes a comprehensive business plan for each account, including identifying core customer requirements and mapping the benefits of CrowdStrike’s solutions to customer business requirements.
  3. Coordinates with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated adoption of products, expansion, and eventual transition of accounts after the first twelve months to expansion/renewal focused Account Managers.
  4. Timely documentation within CRM / Marketing software of customer contact and activity data is required of the role (e.g. names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product information, sales stages, probability, business pain, firm-future commitments, etc.).
  5. Accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and the implementation of agreed account and business plans.

  • Fully adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
  • Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions, software business value concepts, and the company's products.
  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
