Verkada is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, LATAM to lead and motivate a sales team, establish high-velocity execution through rigorous pipeline management and outbound strategies, and work cross-functionally to align priorities. The role requires a minimum of 3+ years of direct sales management experience in a hyper-growth SaaS B2B, Infrastructure, or Tech company, with a proven track record of exceeding goals and knowledge of the full sales cycle.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead as a Player-Coach and motivate direct reports establishing the highest standard for high-velocity execution through rigorous pipeline management, intensive outbound strategies, timely forecasting and closed deals to ensure individual and team quotas.
  2. Work cross-functionally to align prioritization & resources amongst, sales, product, marketing, engineering, and operations.
  3. Work in a fast-paced environment, pivot as needed and adapt quickly to change, as well as be an influencing factor to the team.
  4. Strategic problem solving, project management, proactively addressing problems and surfacing scalable solutions.
  5. Hire, develop, and lead a world-class team to support revenue targets for the company.
