Regional Sales Manager, Mid-atlantic (enterprise)

This role is for a Regional Sales Manager in the Enterprise Security space, focusing on selling telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. The candidate will be responsible for developing business plans, managing the sales ecosystem, articulating value propositions, and forecasting sales targets. Requires 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, experience with early-stage startups, a proven track record of landing new logos, and experience selling through a channel-led motion. Experience with MEDDIC is also required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
  2. Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
  3. Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
  4. Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO
  5. Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience
  • Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization <1000 employees or has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
  • A proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year
  • demonstrated ability to run a complex sales process
  • Experience selling through a channel led motion
  • Able to create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions
  • Background using MEDDIC
