What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, motivate and develop regional service teams to ensure operational excellence
  2. Manage Customer Service Managers and oversee both commercial and technical aspects of daily service operations
  3. Ensure effective planning, execution and quality of service activities across the region
  4. Drive performance through KPI monitoring (revenue, backlog, margin, EHS, inventory) and regular forecasting
  5. Maintain an overview of team capabilities, identify development needs and support long‑term headcount planning

Skills

  • Technical or vocational education (job training, technical training or university degree)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good understanding of service business processes, customer interaction and operational planning
  • Business‑oriented mindset with basic legal and financial awareness
