Regional Support Lead - New Site Launch & Event Execution

This role is a Regional Support Lead responsible for overseeing new site launches and event execution for Rivian in various locations across Florida and Georgia. The role involves on-the-ground support, coaching field teams on brand standards and SOPs, advising on marketing activations, and tracking performance against KPIs. It requires a customer-first approach and the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for new location openings and major activations, owning schedules, resource coordination, and cross-functional alignment
  2. Work side-by-side with on-site teams to execute readiness tasks, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interface with customers
  3. Provide real-time coaching on guest flow, event setup, and brand-standards to elevate team performance
  4. Provide guidance to local teams through virtual office hours, activation reviews, and planning sessions to ensure local marketing and community events align with brand strategy
  5. Review and advise on regional marketing calendars, creative assets, and event plans to ensure they are on-brand, properly localized, and anchored to clear, measurable KPIs

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in field operations, retail operations, hospitality, or event management
  • Demonstrated experience managing site launches, activations, or high-volume operational environments
  • Experience coaching distributed field teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Clear and direct communicator
  • Comfort using performance data and digital collaboration tools
  • A sharp eye for detail
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license and exceptional driving record
  • Ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses if applicable
