This role is for an early-career professional to provide technical product support and on-farm assistance for dairy farmers using technology solutions. It involves customer interaction, product launches, collaboration with sales teams, and documentation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Technical Product Support – Learn our dairy technology solutions in depth, including product features, data interpretation, and practical applications on farm.
  2. On-Farm Technical Assistance – Join senior colleagues on farm visits and support customers in using technology effectively in their daily operations.
  3. Customer Technical Support – Respond to customer questions related to product use and functionality, using CRM tools and established support processes.
  4. Product Launches and Pilots – Support new product launches and pilot projects through installations, training, and structured feedback collection.
  5. Collaboration with Commercial Teams – Work with sales and customer success teams by providing technical input for customer discussions and solution support.

Skills

Required

  • Fluent Polish, written and spoken
  • Good command of English, written and spoken
  • Basic understanding of dairy production systems
  • Strong motivation to learn and develop technical expertise
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow structured processes
  • Interest in digital solutions and monitoring technologies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel, up to approximately 60% of working time

Nice to have
