Salesforce is seeking a Regional Vice President to manage and develop a team of Account Executives. This role involves leading client meetings, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring sales teams, recruiting, hiring, training, and reporting on sales activity and forecasts. The position requires strong leadership, sales coaching, and experience in the SaaS/IaaS/PaaS space.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide support and mentorship to direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required
  2. Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring and training
  3. Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins
  4. Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management
  5. Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results
