  3. Execute regional go-to-market strategy, driving pipeline growth, new logo acquisition, and expansion.
  4. Champion MEDDPICC, Force Management, CRM discipline, and operational excellence across the organization.
  5. Recruit, hire, develop, and retain world-class sales leadership talent.
