Regional Vice President, Northeast

Glean is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead a team of Strategic Account Executives in the New England area. This role is responsible for running a regional plan, building out the territory, developing sales executives, implementing a strong sales methodology, and working complex enterprise sales cycles to land and expand large accounts. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of sales leadership experience, strong coaching skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and significant enterprise sales and strategic customer development experience. Knowledge of technical SaaS and cloud-based solutions is required, with basic understanding of search infrastructure being a plus. The role requires meeting revenue targets, building pipelines, leading contract negotiations, and developing strategic relationships with key accounts.

  • Knowledge of best of breed softwares and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security and analytics
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud based software solutions

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure is a plus
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies is a plus
  • Experience selling at a startup or a similar fast-paced environment
