Regional Vice President, San Francisco

Glean is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead a team of Strategic Account Executives in the Northern California and PNW Region. This role is responsible for driving revenue targets, developing regional sales plans, accelerating customer adoption, building sales pipelines, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales leadership experience, strong coaching skills, and significant experience in enterprise SaaS sales and strategic customer development.
