What you'd actually do

  1. Growing the team by balancing growth in existing customers and winning new logos
  2. Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
  3. Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties
  4. Conducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territories
  5. Coach and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification
