  3. Prepare, review, and distribute monthly and quarterly governance reports, including regulatory updates, project statuses, and escalation items for business stakeholders.
  4. Maintain accurate records of governance activities, meeting materials, and escalation evidence for audit and compliance purposes.
  5. Participate in governance forums, councils, and business practices meetings, documenting key discussions and action items.
