Regulatory Governance Control Manager - Associate

This role focuses on strengthening the risk framework for Wholesale Lending Services by driving governance, monitoring program metrics, and ensuring control excellence across regulatory programs. The Control Manager will partner with firmwide teams to assess requirements, guide business stakeholders, identify and escalate issues, and facilitate remediation. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement, developing governance deliverables, monitoring metrics, acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, leading change management, supporting communication materials, and presenting updates to senior stakeholders. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, at least three years of experience in banking and financial services (controls, audit, risk management, compliance, etc.), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience with regulatory program governance in a global bank, monitoring frameworks, and foundational knowledge of AI/LLM.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and assess changes across policies, standards, and processes to surface and communicate potential gaps or enhancements.
  2. Assist in the development and management of governance deliverables to support Wholesale Lending Services.
  3. Conduct metrics monitoring, collaborating with global and local stakeholders on metrics requiring escalation or resolution.
  4. Act as a key point of contact to foster collaboration between stakeholders and functional groups globally.
  5. Lead change management with respect to Firmwide and CIB program requirements and influence stakeholders.
