Relationship Management Specialist 4

This role is for a Relationship Management Specialist on the Adobe Sign team, focused on driving adoption and active usage of Acrobat Sign within an existing customer base. The specialist will prospect to existing high-risk customers, overcome barriers to consumption, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers see value in their purchased solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform outbound contact / prospecting to existing high-risk customers to acquire net new business owners and define use cases for Acrobat Sign consumption.
  2. Through prospecting efforts drive customer consumption / adoption of Adobe Acrobat Sign with goal of 90% or more usage by year 3.
  3. Overcome barriers preventing high-risk customers from consuming Sign Transactions, Acrobat Services and or Acrobat purchased. Convert customer problems into solutions…
  4. Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Adobe Acrobat Sign service offerings.
  5. Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
