Senior Manager Architect role focused on digital transformation in reliability and maintenance for the downstream/chemicals industry. What you'd actually do

  1. Architect digital solutions that improve equipment reliability and maintenance strategies using predictive and preventive technologies
  2. Assess current-state plant maintenance processes and define future-state workflows to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
  3. Develop technical solution designs using Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and digital twin technologies and integrate them into existing information technology environments
  4. Partner with clients and sales teams to quantify business impact, present solution demonstrations, and lead discussions with senior leaders on manufacturing and maintenance solutions
  5. Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced team environment while contributing to practice knowledge sharing and innovation

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in maintenance or reliability engineering in refining, chemicals, or mining
  • Experience in refining and chemicals reliability and maintenance
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or enterprise asset management (EAM) systems such as SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or Maximo, asset performance management (APM) platforms, or digital twin platforms
