Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer role focused on developing and executing a proactive maintenance strategy for critical assets in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include analyzing downtime data, identifying reliability gaps, initiating root cause analysis, evaluating and improving preventive maintenance activities, and tracking machine health indicators to increase uptime and MTBF.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead data‑driven reliability initiatives for critical assets, with a primary focus on increasing machine uptime and MTBF.
  2. Analyze Llumin downtime data to identify recurring issues and find reliability gaps.
  3. Initiate RCCA efforts for chronic failures, ensuring PCAs are put in place to address true root causes.
  4. Evaluate preventive maintenance activities against actual downtime drivers. Identify gaps and ineffective PMs.
  5. Propose data-driven PM improvements, frequency/interval changes, and new PM tasks.
