Reliability Engineer (michigan)

This role focuses on the reliability engineering of critical infrastructure within data centers, including electrical, mechanical, and controls systems. Responsibilities include monitoring maintenance, managing incidents, conducting site reviews, analyzing equipment performance, and supporting root cause analysis. What you'd actually do

  1. Support reliability activities for critical electrical, mechanical, and controls-related infrastructure across assigned sites or programs.
  2. Review commissioning and startup plans to ensure systems meet design intent and are operationally supportable at turnover.
  3. Assist in developing maintenance programs that improve operability, reduce downtime, and balance lifecycle cost.
  4. Analyze equipment performance, maintenance data, and operational trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  5. Support root cause analysis and corrective action development for reliability-related issues and recurring failures.
