Manage off-lease vehicle pricing strategy, sales performance, and remarketing incentive programs within the automotive captive finance sector.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the off-lease vehicle pricing strategy for upstream and auction channels using elasticity-informed pricing, and rapid adjustment mechanisms to reflect market conditions and portfolio objectives.
  2. Lead sales and channel performance management to maximize net proceeds, reduce days-to-sell, and enhance OEM client offerings while supporting portfolio goals.
  3. Design, govern, and enhance remarketing program strategy, aligning incentives, operational workflows, and analytics to drive portfolio performance.
  4. Lead test-and-learn initiatives, including pilot design, A/B testing of pricing rules, and channel experiments; codify learnings into policies and standard operating procedures.
  5. Ensure governance, documentation, and auditability of pricing methodologies, model usage, and program rules in line with internal policies and risk controls.
