This role is a Renewal Success Manager for DeepL's AI product, focusing on commercial renewals within the DACH region. What you'd actually do

  1. Strategically lead the renewals process for some of our most critical and most complex customer engagements aligning customer health and usage with our pricing models and growth oriented contracts.
  2. Design pricing models and multi-year agreement that reward adoption and pave the way for future expansion.
  3. Navigate the ‘procurement maze’, leading negotiations with legal, finance and ensuring all terms are aligned with our Deal Desk standards.
  4. Partner closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives and wider Go to Market organisation to ensure alignment on the customer journey.
  5. Maintain forecast accuracy for your region ensuring that "on-time" isn't just a goal—it’s the standard.
