Renewals Manager

Salesloft is seeking a Renewals Manager to support renewal tasks and ensure timely processing of customer renewal needs. The role involves partnering with Customer Success Managers, educating customers, assessing health, and renewing agreements. Responsibilities include calculating contract values, structuring quotes, entering data into Salesforce, evaluating renewal data patterns, and interacting with customers for contract negotiations. The ideal candidate has 2 years of customer support or sales experience in a SaaS company, preferably with renewals experience, and proficiency in Salesforce.

What you'd actually do

  1. Calculate contract values and structure quotes
  2. Ensure all information is properly entered into Salesforce.
  3. Proactively prep the renewals specialist with information needed leading into a renewal: current terms, elements to address, health score, account summary, etc. ensuring data accuracy and timely entry.
  4. Evaluate patterns and trends in renewal data
  5. Interact with customers via email to support contract negotiations

Skills

Required

  • 2 years of customer support or sales experience at a software company [SaaS model], ideally with an emphasis on renewals.
  • Ability to work on strict and short deadlines, able to set priorities and deal effectively with shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce is a huge plus, Salesloft is a big bonus.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
