What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer renewals and maximize revenue for the company.
  2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Manage the renewal process from start to finish, including identifying potential risks and proactively addressing them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure a seamless and successful renewal process.
  5. Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
