Renewals Manager

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · Dublin, Ireland

Salesforce is seeking a Renewals Manager to join their Agentforce team. This role focuses on minimizing customer attrition, forecasting risks, and driving customer success by building strategic relationships with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Operations) and customers. 4. Act as the subject matter expert and provide guidance to the extended team on optimal resolutions.
  5. Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and the Renewals team to streamline the resolution process, including notifications and approvals.
