Renewals Manager

Salesforce is seeking a Renewals Manager to manage accounts, protect and grow revenues, identify attrition risk, and execute renewals strategy. This role involves collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams, minimizing financial attrition, negotiating favorable terms, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills, with experience in customer-facing or renewals roles and a strong understanding of Salesforce products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own, drive and manage the renewals process in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  2. Be a trusted advisor to Sales and Customer Success in your territory.
  3. Achieve or exceed attrition and uplift targets.
  4. Develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies for all contract renewals that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing customer trust.
  5. Meet financial and strategic targets for minimizing attrition, positioning favorable terms and boosting incremental revenue via up-sells, cross-sells and add-ons.
