Renewals Manager – Specialised Products

Workday Workday · Enterprise · Warsaw, Poland

This role is a Renewals Manager for Workday's specialized products, focusing on customer retention and minimizing churn. It involves end-to-end renewal execution, quoting, negotiation within guardrails, forecasting, risk mitigation, and cross-functional facilitation. 3. Conduct negotiations on standard renewal facets (term, quantity, pricing within guardrails) to maximize contract value while maintaining positive customer relationships, in close partnership with Deal Operations, Customer Success Managers and Account Executives.
  4. Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on renewal status. Ensure consistent and timely progression of renewal opportunities through defined sales stages, following standardized processes.
  5. Flag potential risk accounts and early warning signals to senior team members and Sales/CS partners. Support execution of defined mitigation plans.
