Renewals Sales Specialist

This role is responsible for renewing subscriptions of SaaS-based services for F5's Distributed Cloud Platform (XC). The Renewals Sales Specialist will work with customers, Customer Success Managers, Channel Partners, Account Executives, and Solutions Specialists to ensure timely renewals and capture growth. The role involves managing a portfolio of renewals, identifying and mitigating roadblocks, reviewing contract terms with finance and legal, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating with partners and customers. The role also requires managing renewals in Salesforce and maintaining accurate reporting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work collaboratively with Account Executives, Solution Specialists and Customer Success Managers to renew subscriptions on time.
  2. Manage a portfolio of subscription renewals end-to-end, identifying and mitigating roadblocks at an early stage, ensuring a successful, on-time execution of sales stages from quota creation to final booking.
  3. Review and understand contract terms and conditions working closely with F5’s finance and legal departments to ensure contracts are compliant.
  4. Review all subscriptions up for renewal on a quarterly basis for data accuracy working in partnership with Customer Success Managers.
  5. Communicate with channel partners and customers to ensure smooth, on-time renewals.

Skills

Required

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a sales operation, inside sales or customer success role.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work with customers, channel partners and F5 teams across different theaters.

Nice to have

  • Basic to moderate knowledge and understanding of parts of IT Security operations and personas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and your ability to read, write and speak English fluently, including technical and IT security concepts.
