Lead Reporting Analyst for Oracle Health Government Services, focusing on accurate and timely reporting for government stakeholders, integration leadership, and project managers. Responsibilities include quality assurance, data integrity, monitoring reporting artifacts, collecting and validating data, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing executive-level reports and presentations. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, and experience with federal contracting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure quality assurance and data integrity across all reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
  2. Monitor, maintain, and update reporting and interface tracking artifacts using SharePoint and other enterprise tools.
  3. Collect, validate, analyze, and reconcile qualitative and quantitative data from multiple data sources.
  4. Work within established communication and governance processes to receive, document, and disseminate updates from integration of leadership, change management, and reporting teams.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams (Microsoft Project Manager, JIRA, Data Management, CGS Analytics, Power BI, Apex) to ensure reporting updates align with deployment milestones, localization activities, and cutover events.

Skills

Required

  • Business Intelligence Reporting experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
  • Efficient with written and oral communication
  • Familiar with Office 365 applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of management.
  • US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Milestone Pro preferred
  • Previous Federal Contracting experience preferred.
