What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Reporting Channel Internal aligned to Merchant Services priorities
  2. Establish governance for reporting content lifecycle, entitlements, and quality across curated and self-service experiences
  3. Centralize internal access to external merchant reporting with strong identity, entitlementing, and traceability controls
  4. Curate and maintain a library of certified reports and dashboards with disciplined release cadence, versioning, and change control
  5. Enable self-service BI via reusable semantic layers, certified datasets, and scalable publishing workflows
