Requires proven experience in cloud technology sales, consultative selling, and complex sales cycles. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud solutions is desirable.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closing deals, with a focus on generating new accounts and expanding existing relationships.
  2. Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand Oracle's presence in strategic accounts and high-potential clients.
  4. Understand clients' business challenges and technological needs to propose solutions aligned with their strategic objectives.
  5. Achieve or exceed sales targets related to new hires, Cloud consumption growth, and business expansion.

Skills

Required

  • Proven experience in Cloud technology sales, enterprise software, or IT solutions.
  • Successful track record in meeting commercial goals and developing consultative sales strategies.
  • Ability to relate to high-level executives and understand complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Autonomy and results orientation, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud solutions, ERP, HCM, CX, Data, AI, or Cloud infrastructure.
  • Intermediate-advanced English.
