This role is for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative specializing in Hematology in Costa Rica for Johnson & Johnson. The primary responsibility is to promote and launch assigned products within a specific territory, execute business plans, and achieve sales targets. The role involves managing the patient experience, removing access barriers, and connecting stakeholders to deliver value to patients. Key functions include understanding the patient journey, identifying market dynamics, planning interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and managing a local micro-marketing budget. A university degree in Medicine or Pharmacy, sales/marketing experience in the industry, intermediate English, and Office proficiency are required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Líder de un producto, responsable de la experiencia completa del paciente, aprovechando redes internas y externas para garantizar que nuestro tratamiento esté disponible para los pacientes.
  2. Responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y administrar el panel de HCP (profesionales de la salud).
  3. Planificar las interacciones del ciclo, visitando a HCP y partes interesadas externas clave según nuestras políticas locales.
  4. Implementar una estrategia omnicanal para ofrecer valor y soluciones innovadoras.
  5. Relacionarse en conjunto, y con el apoyo del gerente de cuenta en campo, con clientes comerciales.

Skills

Required

  • Título universitario completo. (Medicina, o Farmacia)
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Dominio de Office.
  • Licencia de conducir.
  • Ser persona idonea para cumplir el rol de Visitador Medico en Costa Rica.
